Jacob W. Varley’s practice is focused on business law, real estate law, estate planning and commercial litigation. Jacob graduated summa cum laude from Kean University in New Jersey and then went on to earn his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. In law school, Jacob put an emphasis on business-oriented courses and earned a certificate in business law. He also discovered an enthusiasm for legal research and writing and won an award for excellence in oral advocacy, making him a natural fit for litigation.
Jacob has experience assisting both small and large companies with business transactions including sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Jacob can also assist with real estate transactions, entity formations or dissolutions, reorganizations and corporate governance. Additionally, his estate planning services include the creation of wills, powers of attorney and trusts.
Before becoming a lawyer, Jacob used to be a personal trainer and still has a great passion for fitness. He also enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family.
